Commercial frontage and residential streets, both cleaned by a crew that comes to you.
Inglewood works on two clocks. The residential streets are largely postwar, tracts like Inglewood Knolls built in 1953 and 1954 alongside older bungalows, and they age the way postwar concrete ages. The commercial side runs on event traffic, and a sidewalk that carries a crowd on a Sunday looks nothing like one that carries a dozen people a day.
Gum, spills and the black grind of shoes on concrete are a different problem from weather. They sit on the surface, they concentrate at doorways, and they come back on a schedule you can predict, which makes commercial frontage worth doing on a rhythm instead of once a year.
Graffiti is the other call we get here, and the surface decides the method. Coming off painted stucco is not the same job as coming off raw block.
Speed matters more than people expect with graffiti. Fresh paint that has not fully cured lifts far more completely than paint that has sat through a few hot afternoons, so the call is worth making the same day rather than the following week.
On the residential side the concrete is the same postwar mix as the rest of the tract, and it responds the same way: pre treat the stain, give it time, then clean the whole slab so there is no bright patch where the stain used to be.
We work around your hours, including early mornings before you open. Tell us when your foot traffic starts and we will be finished before it does.
On a shared frontage it is worth asking your neighbours whether they want theirs done the same morning. One clean storefront between two dirty ones reads as a stripe, and doing the row together costs each of you less than doing it alone.
